One Inconvenience After Another

So we booked a "1 bedroom" for our family, but ended up with a studio. Check-in was chaotic, and the staff didn’t really seem to care. The sofa bed was unmade when we got there, and we had to chase down sheets, which was super frustrating. Breakfast was just a muffin on a couple of days. Not cool.

The staff at this hotel truly made our stay memorable. Nicolette helped us with our fridge when we arrived early, and Susan made my family feel right at home. It was comforting to have a welcoming environment, especially traveling with two young kids.

My kids wished there were more activities for families on-site.
